Shipping & Returns
We ship fast and make returns simple.
Your package will ship the following business day after placing your order. Shipping time will range between 3-5 business days. We ship all our packages via USPS.
Returns are only valid on your first preferred customer purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your first preferred customer purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return call 877-412-2526 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns require an RMA number in order to be processed. If any product is returned without an RMA number it will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a credit that will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10-12 business days of return arrival and acceptance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4012 S River Rd, Suite 1C, St. George, UT 84790, United States. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
