Success Story Feature—John W.

“I’m starting to feel good again,” says John W. “I’m getting a second wind at life. And the mission is quality of life at this point. Next month, I’ll be 58 years old and feel like I’m hitting 48 again. It’s really amazing. It’s like they turned the clock back and I’m starting to get back what I once lost. It makes me feel good that we have this out there and I’m responding very well to it.”

Father and 58-year-old John W. is now retired after working in the corrections field for about 30 years. John also served in the New York Army National Guard from 2000 to 2009.

John was a first responder to the World Trade Center disaster on 9/11 and aided in several counterterrorism missions. He was later deployed to Iraq and later worked at Eastern New York Correctional Facility until he was injured in 2015 and retired in 2016.

“I was always on a lot of meds,” he explains. “I wasn’t feeling good, I was . . . not up to par, and I tried different supplements, I tried different things and finally, about a year ago, I started taking Balance of Nature, and I noticed within a two-week period, I was starting to feel a little bit better. I had some energy that I thought was long gone, and I started to get my spark back.”

Getting His Spark Back

John saw a commercial on Fox News advertising Balance of Nature Fruits & Veggies and thought, “Why not? I’ll give it a shot. You never know.”

“I’m starting to feel good again,” he says.

One of the main things John noticed was a difference in energy since he started taking Balance of Nature. “I’m getting up early in the morning . . . I got the whole day ahead of me in which I can do other stuff, in which before I was all tuckered out by around 4:30 - 5:00 in the afternoon. I’d be on the couch, comatose. Retirement is supposed to be enjoying yourself, and trying to make the best that you can, and I’ve been taking Balance of Nature for over a year now.”

John says Balance of Nature also helped him get through some health challenges. “I feel like Balance of Nature helped me get through it a lot quicker . . .”

“I’m doing things I really wasn’t doing like staying up a little later, getting up earlier, managing my time, and feeling good,” he describes. “I really feel that I am conquering the later part of life in confidence because after this, the mission is quality of life at this point.”

More Energy to Pursue His Passions

John says he is going to do some traveling and spend time pursuing his passions, such as restoring antiques and tuning up his ‘27 Model T Ford, a childhood dream of his. “I really feel that the history itself is something that we need to keep and I’d like to keep that alive . . .”

John explains he was a “history buff” as a young kid and still loves history. His family has a huge military history, in particular, which inspired his path. His great-grandfather and grandfather are veterans.

“I love history, and I love resurrecting the antiques that I come across,” he says. “I feel like I could breathe new life into them by refurbishing them and putting them where I think they ought to be.”

The nutrition from Balance of Nature Fruits & Veggies has helped John have more energy to focus on these passions. “That’s my passion . . . to hit the road and go down memory lane. . . . If I get a smile it's well worth it,” he says. “It really does have a positive impact, and I feel great about that. And I feel Balance of Nature helps me feel where I want to be. I really feel good.”

Improved Quality of Life and Good Health

John adds that Balance of Nature has helped him find quality of life: “I feel that Balance of Nature has helped me out in finding the quality of life because I feel a lot better since I’ve been taking it. . . . I feel more sharp, I feel more energetic, and I feel like I’m getting a second wind overall. I feel charged, like my batteries aren’t all petered out, so to speak. And I feel good and I’m going to continue to take it till the cows come home.”

John says one of the first things he noticed when he started taking Balance of Nature is that he wouldn’t feel as hungry as he normally would, he could get up earlier, he felt more focused, and he had more energy in his daily tasks. “I’m not as fatigued as I used to be.”

“Now it’s smooth sailing. I could see a huge difference in my energy, just to do my regular tasks and my errands and do what I normally do. I don’t feel played out at the end of the day like I used to. Now that I’ve been taking Balance of Nature, I feel more energetic. I can concentrate a lot more.”

He says good health is all about staying on your A game: eating right, sleeping right, exercising, etc.

John likes that Balance of Nature is just whole fruits and vegetables without chemicals, additives, or by-products. “Everything’s all ground up into a shell of good, wholesome fruits and vegetables,” he says.

“You can’t really get what you really can from isolated vitamins because they are all full of chemicals and different additives,” he adds. “I mean, A lot of it is synthetic. Whole fruits and vegetables were meant for you to consume and to stay alive. You can’t go wrong, I mean, it’s back to basics, back to nature.”

Try It!

John says he’d tell someone who is skeptical about Balance of Nature to just try it. “I would most definitely tell them to try it and tell me in about 2 weeks how they feel and see where the difference is. What have you got to lose, you know. It’s all good. Good in, good out. It is what it is. It’s a good product.”
