“I’m going to continue to take Balance of Nature because I’ve had the good experience of having it actually work for me. It wasn’t over night, it was a subtle kind of thing. And it helped me push past barriers that I couldn’t get over and I believe that it has helped me over that hump, and honestly I’d be afraid to quit taking it at this point.”

Seventy-two-year-old John Sailing has been enjoying the benefits of Balance of Nature for about 18 months. He has worked as a “bugman” for 51 years, walking 7 to 10 miles a day while carrying a 30-pound spray tank. What’s more is he exercises twice a day, every day. “Pretty good for an old guy!” he says.

John started with Balance of Nature because he had seen the commercials. He noticed he would get tired in the afternoon, so he decided to give Balance of Nature a try.

Before he started taking it, John would look for a reason not to work out. However, when he started taking Balance of Nature, he explains that he was eventually able to do 250 push-ups in the afternoon, compared to the usual 125.

John used to have 9 guys work for him, but now that it’s just him, he says he is more tired in the afternoon because he works too much. “I was getting tired—my workout in the afternoon was lagging, you know, and I decided after watching the commercials, I thought, I’m gonna try that stuff,” he shares.

John says the difference was subtle; he noticed it over time. His recovery time between working out got better and better. “I believe those little 6 capsules keep me going.”

John says his routine consists of getting up every day between 4:30 and 5 a.m. and working out for 45 minutes in his gym. He would do 200 to 250 repetitions of various exercises, get ready for work, come home, and repeat the process the next day. “In the afternoon I was exhausted. So I started taking Balance of Nature and I noticed that as I was doing my workouts, I could do more, and I started doing more. I write them down every day in a book, or on my phone, and I noticed it was creeping up.”

John says his workout routine now includes at least 700 repetitions every day and 45 minutes of cardio on the trampoline and punching bag—a jump from what he did before.

He is able to do more and exercise longer thanks to the extra nutrition supplied by Balance of Nature. “It was a subtle thing. It wasn’t like I just woke up and I felt strong; it just creeped up on me and there it was,” he says.

“One of the reasons I like working and working out is [because] as we get older, our body starts to deteriorate and the only way you can keep it fresh is to rejuvenate it. . . . It just keeps me active and makes me feel good.”

John says he is really big on nutrition. “My wife and I, we think about our meals, we plan it ahead.” His lunch usually consists of grapefruit, an apple, hard boiled eggs, and an orange, but you can’t eat enough fruits and vegetables, he says.

He has taken Balance of Nature for a little over a year now. “I don’t go anywhere without it. I believe Balance of Nature works because I’ve seen it work. There has been a change in my workouts, and I’ve been working out for a long time. I noticed I wanted to up my workout, but it seemed like I just didn't have the energy, and when I started taking Balance of Nature, I noticed that I started being able to push past barriers that were in front of me before. And that’s one reason I’ll keep taking it. I’ll take it forever.”

“Some days I just feel really good . . . and it’s been life-changing for me in that respect,” he says. “I take it every morning; it’s the first thing I do.”

“When I was younger I didn’t think about trying to be in the best shape I can be because you’re so young; when you wake up you feel great,” he explains. “As you get older, life has a tendency to beat you down a little bit or just the day-to-day work or you get into bad habits with how you eat, what you do—you become sedentary. And I believe a body in motion stays in motion.”

John always makes sure to read the labels of everything he eats and doesn’t eat out very often. “I want to know what goes in my body,” he says. This was one reason he started taking Balance of Nature. He looked up Dr. Howard*, founder and formulator of Balance of Nature, and liked everything about the way Balance of Nature is made.

“It corresponds with the way I want to live my life,” John explains. “And that’s how I love my life; I don’t eat processed foods. Just watching him [Dr. Howard] really got me started. And it’s made me stronger.”

“The one thing that impressed me about Balance of Nature is that they freeze-dry everything, so you’re not losing any ingredients,” he says.

John explains that he can’t eat as many fruits and vegetables as there are in the capsules. “One reason I really enjoy taking Balance of Nature capsules is because I don’t like cooked vegetables. Taking the capsules is very easy for me. I just pop them in my mouth, take a little drink of water, and I’m good to go.”

John shares that sometimes people don’t believe he is 72 years old. “It’s just how I live my life, what I eat, you keep active, and . . . you want to eat fresh food and no processed food.”

“If someone asked me for advice about taking Balance of Nature, I wouldn’t hesitate to tell them they should get on it, do it, stay on it, and see how it helps them.”

John continues, “I suggest that if you want to keep going, take Balance of Nature because that’s what I’m going to do.”

He says he recommends it for everyone, no matter their age.
