Oil-Free French Fries Recipe
1 russet potato
6 c. ice water
6 Balance of Nature Veggie capsules
Preheat oven to 475 F. Cut the potato into thin strips. Put the fries into ice water for 10 minutes and then pat dry with a paper towel. Put dried fries into a bowl, sprinkle in 6 Balance of Nature Veggie capsules, and stir until the fries are coated in the powder. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy with sugar-free ketchup or homemade fry sauce!
